Using copaiba oils can be done in multiple ways. The most common way is adding 1-2 drops of copaiba oil in water, coffee, tea, juice, or smoothie every morning. Using the oil by adding it to beverages will be beneficial for your respiratory, digestive, nervous, and immune systems. You can also purchase empty veggie capsules and place 1-2 drops.
For skin purposes, you can add copaiba oil to your skincare products such as serums, toners, lotions, moisturizers.
